We are a new dealership and have been open since March 15, 2010.  I (Jeff Lash) am the owner and I have worked in this business for over 20 years.  I was always disappointed with the dealerships in which I worked.  Often, the owners were absentee owners who only cared about their bottom line.  They would treat their employees poorly by paying terrible salaries in an attempt to keep expense low.  I vowed that if I ever had the opportunity to own a dealership, I would completely transform the entire dealership experience.  I finally did receive that opportunity from Volkswagen of America!
 
At Lash Volkswagen of White Plains, we are committed to providing our customers with the lowest prices in the area and excellent customer service.  We are family owned and operated; I (and my wife, Danielle) are a constant presence in the dealership and we attempt to meet every single customer who walks in the showroom.  Our personalized service differs completely from other dealerships.  We truly care about each and every customer - rather than our bottom line - and our goal is to insure that every customer leaves knowing they received the best deal possible.  In our opinion, we would rather have repeat customers (and service customers) than making a one-time unfair deal.
 
In addition, we provide an outstanding work environment and treat all of our employees with integrity and respect because we recognize that our employees are the core of our dealership.  This friendly working atmosphere inevitably leads to excellent customer service.
